Factory Hot Pilates

Hot Factory Pilates is a 45 minute Class containing muscle sculpting & Core Strengthening benefits of Pilates Practice along with Flexibility and Yoga Foundation. Performing a series of High Intensity and Low Impact moves that work for every single muscle creating Strength, Lean Muscle and A Strong Powerhouse.

Factory Hot Raja

This blissful class begins on your mat with profound breath work that allows you to go deep into your body, warming you up through each inhale and exhale as you begin to open up and let go. Much like a deep stretch, this class is all done on the floor, relaxing, and allowing you to expand and get deep into your fascia (deep tissue).  As you melt into bliss through your breath you are engaging all muscles tendons and ligaments as you open up and let go. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes allowing the body to release and break through tension and stress. Another great class for all levels, athletes to beginners, as you soak up the positive benefits of our infrared heat and breathe into bliss.

Factory Hot Vinyasa

Factory Hot Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic style and sequence of poses that moves you seamlessly from one posture to another through your breath. Our Hot Vinyasa Flow is done in our state of the art facility using our one of a kind infrared heat and humidifying system to safely assist you to go deeper into each posture as your body detox’s into bliss. In all of our classes, you have the best of both worlds, the positive outcome of yoga and the effects of our infrared heat makes for a perfect vibe in class. This is one of the more popular styles of yoga and is all levels.

It is important to be well hydrated before, during and after this class.

Factory Hot Power Core Vinyasa

Hot Power Core Vinyasa A 60 minute Power Vinyasa class. 15 minute traditional yoga warm up. 30 solid minutes of Core-based yoga poses and a series of core exercises geared specifically towards engaging & toning the abdominal area. (Examples…side plank with 5 side scoops, floating table top extensions, toe taps in plank, forearm plank to dolphin pose, zombie deadlifts). Cool down 5-7 minute. (Examples include reclining belly twists, knees to chest, happy baby, plow). 7-8minute traditional Savasana.

Factory Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga combines restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques. it is excellent for injuries and those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

Non Heated Vinyasa

This class is done in a room with no heat and is a style of yoga where students flow through a group of postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, while focusing on your breath.

Hot PIT 30™- Factory PIT 30™ (PIT Express™)

Designed to give an individual a Power Interval Training that works the whole body in just a 30 minute class. This unique program will focus also on targeting a different body part each day giving the customer a full body workout throughout the week, This progressive program is designed for 4 days a week, Monday thru Thursday. Each class is designed to deplete each muscle group in a specific sequence while also getting a full body workout in just 30 minutes.  This PIT 30 Express will build slightly more intense as the weeks go until the month is complete while also rotating the teachers each month allowing you to switch up your routine for better results and growth. This system will continuously shock the body by not getting stuck in the same routine and teacher, giving you something new to look forward to each month. This series includes High Intensity Interval Training exercises that can be modified for all body types and are low impact using exercise tools such as weights, resistance bands and blocks, working all muscles including that core! During these 30 minutes you will be given many variations which are accessible to everyone! Come try this fun, quick class and watch your body transform!

Factory Warm Beginners

A slow-moving vinyasa class, great for beginners,  using little heat where the instructor focuses more on extra instruction, explanation and guidance while moving you through each posture.

Factory Warm Raja/Deep Stretch

Release tension from every crevasse of the body and relieve existing joint and muscle pain while increasing flexibility to prevent new injuries. Relax in restorative floor postures while Christine guide’s your mind into a meditative bliss. Raja Deep Stretch is entirely floor work and open to all levels regardless of physical limitations or joint replacements.

Factory Yin

This class is in our non-heated candlelit room. Yin involves variations of seated and laying down poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
