Our Hot Vinyasa Flow is done in our state of the art facility using our one of a kind infrared heat and humidifying system to safely assist you to go deeper into each posture as your body detox’s into bliss. In all of our classes, you have the best of both worlds, the positive outcome of yoga and the effects of our infrared heat makes for a perfect vibe in class.
