This blissful class begins on your mat with profound breath work that allows you to go deep into your body, warming you up through each inhale and exhale as you begin to open up and let go. Much like Raja, this class is all done on the floor, relaxing, and allowing you to expand and get deep into your fascia (deep tissue).  As you melt into bliss through your breath you are engaging all muscles tendons and ligaments as you open up and let go. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes allowing the body to release and break through tension and stress. Another great class for all levels, athletes to beginners.
